Hiring Fee - Confidential Candidates


If you hire a candidate introduced through our Confidential listing service, a fixed hiring fee (not a percentage of the candidate’s starting salary) is charged. Hiring fees vary from $5,000 to $20,000, depending on the experience and marketability of the candidate, and the amount of the fee is clearly notated at the top of each Candidate’s profile. Although there are exceptions, Hiring Fees for Lawmatch Confidential candidate are typically set as follows:

Confidential Hiring Fees are invoiced on the start date of employment and are payable within thirty (30) days. This fee is refundable on a pro rata basis if the candidate leaves your employ for any reason within ninety (90) days of the start date of employment.
